Technical Marketing Specialist
The same position as our Future Builder track, with one difference: we're not betting on someone to grow into our senior standard over time. We're looking for someone who already meets it, from day one.
If you're a technical marketer who's already genuinely good at this — someone with a real track record of owning client work, managing hard projects, and solving problems you'd never seen before — this is the version of the role written for you.
You won't ramp up under supervision. You'll be trusted with real ownership early, because you've already proven you can carry it.
Before applying, please read our full Join Datacop page — it explains who we hire, how we work, what we offer, and what we expect. The rest of this page assumes you've read it.
🌱 Not there yet, but built to grow into it? The same role has a second door — for people we bet on for raw talent.
Future Builder trackFrom early on — not after a long onboarding — expect to:
This role is anchored in the Datacop Senior Standard described on the Join Datacop page. You should already meet it. In practice, that means:
This is the big one. You've owned real client relationships and delivered — not just contributed to someone else's delivery. You can point to outcomes you were responsible for.
You've broken down complex, ambiguous problems others got stuck on. You've managed difficult projects to a good outcome. You design end-to-end solutions, not partial fixes.
You've treated client work like it was your own business — diagnosing root causes, surfacing risks, pushing back when something didn't add up, and taking responsibility for whether it worked.
Most of our clients are in the US and UK — you'll write, lead meetings, and present strategy in English. And AI is how the work is done here: you should already be using it well, or get there fast.
Bloomreach Engagement experience is a nice plus — but not required. We can teach the platform. What we can't teach is the underlying track record, judgment, and ownership. If those are there, the tool is learnable.
Send your CV and a short note to hiring@datacop.services.
For a Bar Raiser, the CV actually matters — your track record is a big part of what we're evaluating. But the note still matters more. Tell us:
This listing doesn't quite fit, but you believe there's an overlap — a deep, hard-won expertise that would raise our ceiling? Skip the form and write to us directly. Tell us what you've spent your time becoming great at, and what you think you'd bring to a company like ours.
