Who we are

This website is operated by Datacop s.r.o.(“Datacop”, “we”, “us”), Bottova 2/A, 811 09 Bratislava, Slovakia. We are the data controller for personal data processed through this site. For any privacy question, contact us at security@datacop.services.

What data we collect

How we use it

We use meeting-request details solely to review your enquiry and contact you to arrange an introductory call. The submission is delivered to our internal team via Slack. We do not sell your personal data.

Legal basis

We process meeting-request data on the basis of taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). Any non-essential cookies are used only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

Cookies & consent

We use a strictly necessary cookie to remember your cookie choice. We do not currently load analytics or marketing trackers. If we introduce them, they will load only after you accept via our cookie banner, which uses Google Consent Mode to keep such storage denied by default. You can change your choice at any time:

Sharing & processors

We share data only with service providers that help us operate the site and our business — for example our website host (Vercel) and our internal messaging tool (Slack). These providers process data on our behalf under appropriate agreements.

Retention

We keep meeting-request details for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and any resulting relationship, after which they are deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and to data portability. You may also lodge a complaint with the Slovak Office for Personal Data Protection (Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov SR). To exercise any right, email security@datacop.services.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the latest revision.
